  • Wait times can be anywhere from 1-4 weeks depending on how jam packed my schedule is with other projects. If you can’t wait to get started, an additional rush fee can be paid to get your project to the top of my to-do list.

  • This number can change depending on the project scope and how quickly the voice of customer calls can be scheduled in. On average, it takes between 2-4 weeks to completely wrap up a project.

  • Unfortunately, the answer to this question is no. In most cases, it actually takes longer for me to write from scratch than to revise pre-written copy! And a big part of my job is studying your ideal client to ensure that your new messaging gets them excited to hit the ‘buy button.’

  • Absolutely! A deposit is required to secure your spot, and after that, you can decide between bi-weekly payments or the full payment being sent upon project completion.

  • I always recommend getting the launch process started 2-4 weeks before the official launch date. It’s better to approach D-day with time to spare as opposed to scrambling to get everything set up on time.
